Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was marred by some significant management issues, including being double booked and then relocated at a higher price than I initially agreed upon. While the room itself had nice features, it was not clean, with a dusty floor and torn bedding. To make matters worse, I was asked to move rooms unexpectedly after just one night. The only redeeming aspect was the hotel's location, which was excellent for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic for sightseeing, and the views from the rooftop were a real treat. However, the room I stayed in was quite small and needed better maintenance. The breakfast options were limited, and some items were not refreshed during the serving time, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel boasts an exceptional location, making it easy to explore major attractions on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to rest after a day of sightseeing. However, management issues left a sour note, impacting the overall experience. Although the breakfast offered an array of traditional options, it could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.
My stay at this hotel started on a rocky note, as I faced issues with my room being unavailable despite my early arrival notification. The overall condition of the hotel felt dated and not clean, impacting my comfort. Although the staff did their best to facilitate my stay, the experience left much to be desired. The location is undeniably good for exploring Istanbul, but the room conditions and dining experiences could use definite improvement.
My stay started on a rough note with a room that was incredibly small and not very clean, especially under the bed. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, and I had issues with hot water. Additionally, I had booked breakfast but was disappointed to find out it was unavailable. Thankfully, the staff tried to help, which made the experience a bit better, but overall, it needs significant improvement.
